In the unlikely event that your require a trip to Budapest for remedial treatment under our guarantee, Genezis Dental will refund your travel costs up to £300.

Terms & Conditons
Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions carefully before payment.
What to do if you have problems.
- Contact us without delay if you think there may be any problem.
- Depending on the circumstances, you will be requested to provide an x-ray by a local dentist which will allow us to determine if the required treatment falls under our terms of guarantee.
- Minor remedial treatments may be performed by your local dentist the cost of which will be refunded by Genezis Dental up to the limit of £100.
- Any other remedial treatment will be performed in Budapest with Genezis Dental paying for the cost of your trip up to £300.

Aftercare
- You are required to attend an annual check-up or twice a year if you suffer from periodontal (gum) disease. We strongly recommend the first check-up in our clinic.
- If, for any reason, you are unable to make the trip to Budapest, you can schedule the check-up and cleaning appointment with your local dentist. In this case, you will be required to send us an X-Ray and the invoice as evidence.

What could invalidate the guarantee?
- Missing the annual check-up in our clinic or not providing evidence it has taken place.
- Insufficient levels of oral hygiene.
- Accidental damage.
- Damage due to improper use.
- In the case of receding gum tissue.
- If the night guard is not worn as required.
- If removable dentures are not maintained as required.
- Sudden major weight gain or weight loss.
- If another, otherwise unrelated event or condition such as eplilepsy, diabetes, osteoporosis, radiography or chemotherapy has an adverse effect on dental health.
- If the patient or another dentist performs a treatment without our express consent that affects dental work carried out in our clinic.
